Levin filed S.Amdt. 2519 with the purpose "to clarify and recommend changes to the policy of the United States on Iraq and to require reports on certain matters relating to Iraq."
All Democrats in attendence voted for this amendment except for Senators Kent Conrad (D-ND), Joe Lieberman (D-CT), Bill Nelson (D-FL), Ben Nelson (D-NE), and Mark Pryor (D-AR). I am ashamed of them and expect better next time. Senator Jon Corzine abstained as he was not in attendence.
